Bryant Gumbel revealed that he has lung cancer while guest co-hosting this morning’s Live! With Regis & Kelly. The 61-year-old former Today show anchor said he’s being treated for the disease after surgery last month to remove a tumor from his chest.
"I just basically told the truth," he said of revealing he had surgery to remove a malignant tumor in his chest and part of his lung.
Speaking about his condition today, he says, "I've felt better, to be honest, not as strong as I'd like to be ... but I feel ok."
