There are also at least five spin-out of the gate to the south and west New Jersey this morning, when the snow fell, said Gateway spokesman Joe Orlando.
Speed restrictions are in place gateway for weather conditions, Orlando said. To 35 mph limit is in fact the Delaware Memorial Bridge to Exit 7A, which will increase to 45 to 11 mph Interchange. Speed is normal gate north of Interchange 11, Orlando said.
The National Weather Service recommend the hard road now, and avoid the bucket when not physically able to do so.
