happy new year everyone

happy new year everyone

At midnight, people around the world to celebrate New Year celebrations, parties, or a quiet evening at home. May already have plans on hand, as in 2009, but if you are not here are a few ways to celebrate without breaking the bank.

Host a potluck with a twist
With friends or family over a great way to social without having to spend a lot of money. For adults of all BYOB. End up with a number of options for everyone to try, all you have to do is provide the music and the cup.

Throw a child-friendly party
Instead these children until midnight (not a good idea when they are young), shouted Happy New Year time you choose, it's somewhere in New Year! Best combined with snacks and a lot of art to children happy while the parents chat.

Staying at home with your sweetie
It may seem at birth, but it is good practice for their age. Dinner by candlelight (if you have children, wait until they are in bed), a bottle of champagne and watch the ball drop is a great way to ring in the New Year.

Go for drinks, but no support
Why not save their money and support before going out? You will need to save a ton of restaurants tend to have a price fixed menu.

Being designated driver
When you go out, and the selected driver for your friends or family. Everyone was so grateful that buy non-alcoholic beverages, you wake up without a hangover and spend a dime!

Any other ideas for saving money on New Year's Eve? I live at home with Mr. Whalen, watching a movie, and champagne. But you ring in the new year note, do not drink and drive.
