Google gets buzzed with class action lawsuit

What is strange? The fact that Google claims it was surprised by the reaction on the negative aspects of Buzz, who risked exposure to more frequent contacts, e-mail? Or the fact that few law firms to achieve a Google site with class action lawsuit?

The San Francisco Chronicle, law firms in San Francisco and Washington, DC have filed a suit on behalf of Eva Hibnick. Hibnick Florida woman is chosen for the Gmail users many well-considered, to use, when Google launched Buzz representation.

Lawyers, fine Hibnick's reportedly accusing Google of breaking various laws relating to legal communication. Specifically, would the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act is violated.
It seems the decision rules to cover such offenses as "the confidentiality of computer" and "Information Transmission and business injury." As such, it will be great as a burgeoning John Edwards will take their arguments to prove.

Oddly, the lawsuit reportedly calls for a declaration that Google says it has not yet seen the lawsuit, Buzzing not repeat his actions over the coming years and requests unspecified, well, money. The lawyers argue seriously to take this action on behalf of all 31.2 million Gmail users. As such, they must hope for the very large sums of money that they specify when they are all in order please.

Some find it difficult to remove giggle lips firmly that all this occurs when negative Buzz Google CEO Eric Schmidt is the Mobile World Congress the approach and the need to "keep end-user-oriented."

Users that purpose after the talk and say what they like Google did not follow them all.
